Upcoming Work

GROUND BREAKING for both CH3 anticipated for August 18th, 2025. CH7/8 to follow in early September.

Both respective projects expect to break ground fully in September of 2025. Starting in mid-August projects will be focused on team mobilization, material deliveries, and site stabilization. Perimeter fencing will be erected and utility work along 18th Street may begin as well. Site clearing of CH3 is planning on starting by end of August.
